When will my items be shipped?

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days. Custom time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-3 days.

2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.

I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
If a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 45 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

How much is shipping?

Replacement & Refund
If your item meets any of the following conditions you can choose between a replacement or refund, there is no need to return the wrong or defective item.
– Design error: wrong design compared to the information we provide on the website.
– Poor quality: blurry image/print.
– Our fault for sending wrong size items.
– Transport damage.

Contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and provide us with the following information:

If you the information you give is correct and qualified, then choose from the following solutions :
– If you decide to have a replacement: Please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order for free.
– If you decide to request a refund: Your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
We will not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:
– Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, not accepting home delivery, not collecting the packages as requested).
– Your order did not arrive due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our shop’s control (i.e. it was not cleared by your country’s customs, was delayed by a natural disaster, showed as ‘delivered’ in the tracking system, was sent to your mailbox, but get lost).
– If 10 days have passed since you received your items.
