When will my items be shipped?

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days. Custom time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-3 days or more.

I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
If a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 45 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
